What is Qi
Qi is a wireless phone charging technology pronounced as "Chee" that is built into many new phones that allows charging over (very) short distances without cables. It is an open interface standard that defines wireless power transfer using inductive charging over distances of up to 4 cm (1.6 inches), and is developed by the Wireless Power Consortium. If your phone have this Qi inbuilt, you will need the wireless charger adapter.
