Then, once the page loads, enter the following of your records:

1. Select your institution name
2. Enter your matriculation number
3. Enter your Surname
4. Enter your Date of birth
5. Click on Search

If your name is enlisted in this senate list, you must crosscheck to make sure that there are no errors in the record. Then can wait until the application portal opens for you to continue with the registration process.
