Its is understandable that N-Power wants the participants to upload their passport photograph and a valid ID card to enable them collect their devices.

1. Take a clear picture with your phone
2. Take also a clear picture of your ID card with your phone
3. Download Picture resizer from your play store
4. Use it to resize the picture
5. Upload same to N-Power and it will be Accepted.
